Refund and Chargeback Policy

No Refund for Change of Mind: Once a project has commenced or an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds for a "change of mind" or any change in personal/business preference.

Client Non-Responsiveness: Successful project completion requires active collaboration. If a client fails to respond to our communications (emails, calls, or portal messages) for a period exceeding ten (10) consecutive days, the client forfeits their right to request any refund for the funds already paid.

Unauthorized Chargebacks: Clients must agree that they will not initiate a chargeback through their bank or credit card provider without first providing us with prior written notice and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. No refunds or chargebacks will be honored without formal communication and prior notice to our support team.

Specific Refund Terms

In any case, funds deposited for a project are not refundable after the original design proposals are approved or a modification is demanded unless Go With Ecomm cancels the contract for a reason other than your violation.

• Pre-Concept Request: Eligible for a refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• Within 48 Hours of Signup: Eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% service fee).
• 48-120 Hours Post-Delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service fee).
• After 120 Hours: No refund requests will be entertained.
• Project Inactivity: No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken action on your order for 30 days.
• Service Specifics: No refunds for Hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, Content Writing, or Social Media Services. Once website development is completed or deployed live, no refunds are applicable.

Policy on Revisions

Based on the package you picked, we provide revisions on your project. Customers can request an infinite number of modifications as long as the design and philosophy remain the same. Please note that we will not cater to any revision requests after the completion of the project. The Turnaround Time for revisions is 48 hours.

Project Completion

Go With Ecomm will formally send a project completion email once the website goes live. The customer has 48 hours to check the website and request final changes. After 48 hours, our system automatically discards usable developer files to ensure you remain the sole owner of the site.

Effective Communication and Closure

Failure to respond within 48 hours of a third "Final Notification" intimation email will result in formal project closure. Clients retain the option to reopen a closed project by remitting a “Project Reopening Fee.”

Domain and Hosting

Complimentary domain and hosting services are extended if included in your package. Otherwise, an additional fee will be levied based on your selection.

Access to Information

To access Go With Ecomm services, you must provide correct and current details. Go With Ecomm is operating under a PCI DSS compliant company; therefore, it is authorized to keep your credit card information on file for recurring services, additional development hours, or server equipment required to launch your website without prior notification.

Prohibitions and Plugins

We assist with 3rd party plugin integration, but these are strictly standard. Go With Ecomm will not be responsible for any updates or changes to plugins or third-party integrations after project completion unless maintenance services have been acquired.
